Order Processing
Orders are processed in the order they are received. Please allow the stated lead time for your order. Rush orders may be subject to additional charges and are not guaranteed unless confirmed in writing.
Cancellations & Refunds
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for cancellations or changes after 24 hours of your order being accepted. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours so we can try to resolve it.
Pickup & Delivery
It is your responsibility to arrive at the agreed-upon time for pickup or to ensure someone is available to receive delivery. Missed pickups or deliveries may result in a loss of your order without refund.
